I and my wife is about to celebrate our first year of being married and I want my wife to be surprise, I want her to know that I really love her more than she can imagine that I am willing to do everything just to make her happy with me. For I know that my wife really love romantic things I do think of a romantic thing that I can be able to set up by my self with out her knowledge to it, but I have one problem and that is, I have no money in my pocket but it doesn’t stops me as I go on a loan company and ask for quick loans which I can do avail and because of it I am able to set up a romantic dinner date for my wife.

As I first ask her to go to the market to buy some thing and when she goes back she has been shock on what she see. A table in the middle or our garden with candles in the middle, a bottle of wine and a bunch of roses and my wife cried. And tell me the words “I Love You” and tell me that it’s just a tear of joy for she never expects me to do it.

The Genetic Testing

Genetic testing is a process that includes exploring the genetic material of individuals for the presence of change, which shows why they may have developed the disease or disorder. Genetic test can also tell patients if they are at increased risk of developing diseases like cancer in the future, but currently do not have any symptoms of this disease. Genetic testing is usually done by taking a sample of human blood. Changes in the genetic material that can be detected by this study vary in size. Sometimes even whole chromosomes or parts may be altered or missing entirely. Another way, is a mutation of the gene that causes malfunction.

One type of mutation is known as hereditary mutation. Heritable mutations can be called a germline mutation, as they are found in all cells of the human body, including reproductive or germ cells, sperm and egg for a male to female. Therefore, heritable mutations can be inherited or passed from mother to child. Genetic tests often looks for the presence or absence of these types of mutations in the gene

Commits Suicide

Suicide is a complex act which is the result of many factors, not all of which are understandable. It is unclear why or predictable failures, losses, or difficulties that could lead a person to feel very unhappy, can lead someone to suicide. It is estimated that about 30,000 Americans die as a result of suicide each year and about 20,000 people were killed. Some experts, however, believe that the number of suicides is even higher. Many “accidents” as a self-inflicted gunshot wound or a car accident actually may be unknown or unreported suicides. Although no official record is kept of suicide attempts, it is estimated that there are between 8 and 25 attempts for every completed suicide. Overall, suicide is the eighth leading cause of death in the United States. Suicides are not distributed equally throughout the population. Although more women than men attempt suicide, about four times more people die because they use more lethal means.

Men of European descent made 72% of all suicides in 1997, while women of European origin accounted for about 18 percent of those deaths. The rate of suicide among people of Native American descent, particularly young men aged 15 to 24 is particularly high. Rate of suicide among men of African descent aged 15 to 19 doubled between 1980 and 1996. Age is another factor for suicide. After 65 years of age, the rate of suicide among men of European heritage increases continuously as they grow up. Males of European heritage who are older than 85 have a suicide rate that is six times higher than the national average. The reasons for the different levels of suicide among people of different ethnic origin, gender, age, and vary. Some factors include increased rates of alcoholism, poverty, loneliness, violence and some groups at some point in life.

Achievement Goals

Achievement goals capture the reasons why one person is committed to achievement, behavior, and two major types have been identified. Students who pursue mastery goals are oriented towards the acquisition of new skills or improving their level of competence. Unlike students who adopt performance goals are motivated by the intention to demonstrate that they have adequate and to avoid showing signs that they have low power.

According to this analysis, individuals may decide to engage in activities designed to achieve two very different reasons: they may seek to develop competence training, as much as possible, or seek to publicly its jurisdiction by trying to outdo the other .

Theories in Motivation

Research on motivation as a separate discipline from the practice began in 1930. Early motivation researchers are particularly interested in factors that cause behavior, or started first. It is widely believed at the time the optimum condition of the body, animals and people, is one of balance and balance, where all needs are satisfied.

In the course of maintaining the body at this level is best known as homeostasis. In homeostasis is also thought to be satisfactory, with the belief that organizations is primarily through hedonism, or the desire to maximize pleasure and minimize pain are motivated to comply. Theories of motivation, which was established in 1930, they are the ideas of homeostasis and hedonism as fundamental principles.

Issues of Environmental

Mankind has always abused the sea, he considered an inexhaustible source of food and minerals and a dumping ground for rubbish. Now it is widely accepted that the oceans are finite, and it is necessary to use and handle with care, especially as global environmental pressures are increasing due to human population boom. Pollution is large enough to be treated separately. Carbon dioxide Regarded by some as a pollutant, it is a key substance in the natural cycles and can not be treated as artificial substances. As greenhouse gas emissions, increased concentrations of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere threaten climate change globally, changes in ocean circulation, and reduce the viability of many marine species.

Large reductions in emissions per person (60%) is necessary to prevent irreversible changes, given the speed with which man increases the population and future industrial expansion in developing countries, especially China. Without a set of solutions, ranging from the improvement in energy efficiency and switching to renewable energy sources to capture and store carbon dioxide, for instance, deposits layers of deep geological dating content of oil and gas offshore is likely to be enough.
